The decoration and general areas of this hotel were quite charming. The lobby had beautiful marble flooring and a cozy seating area, perfect for senior guests to relax and socialize. The hotel's accessibility was excellent as well, with convenient elevators and spacious hallways that made it easy to navigate, especially for senior people like me.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more attentive staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit distracted and could benefit from being more attentive to the needs of us older guests.

Hotel was nice however, the bar, pool table, spa and gym were all closed. we asked at the reception when they open and we were told never with a laugh. so 1 question. do these only open on inspection to gain 4 star quality, because that hotel deffinatly was not a 4*. I should get a refund as this is not what I booked.
Yes. activities and services on offer closed. would never be a 4*. I want a partial refund.

Good hotel. A little out of town, but very easy to get into city center on the city's tram system. great service, good breakfast, excellent rates. Worth the stay a little further out. Wish it had AC since we were there during the summer.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with a tram stop nearby. The staff at Go Cracow Resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast delights could be improved by offering more variety and better quality options.

good value of money, clean, friendly staff at the reception
few parking places, breakfast restaurant is a few blocks away - 2 min walking distance, pour breakfast, it was hardly anything to eat, all the plates were almost empty

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit and it was the perfect base for my business trip. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, a nearby supermarket, and the main attractions in the city. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a meeting room where I could conduct meetings or work in a professional environment.

Easy access to the city, close to commutations points, good breakfast, Spacy room and bathroom.
Instable wifi, low temperature in the room, worn furmiture and bathroom, low level of lighting - not enough for longer reading. This is not a 4 stars level hotel, only a 3 stars

The hotel is a great place, although a bit far from the city center - apart from that, it's a very good option for a few days spent in Krakow. The staff is very professional and kind, the rooms are in excellent condition, it's clean, quite, the food is great, it's excellent value for money, there's really not a single downside I could think of.

Absolutely brilliant staff, very friendly and informative. This atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. The only thing we could advise on in the future is coffee/tea making facilities to be available in the rooms. Others than that highly recommendable, extremely well located and very friendly. Secure car park on site put our mind at ease after renting a car. On top of everything this hotel is among very few that allow smoking and animals!
The only thing that comes to our minds is the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
